SAT-ISABGOL Psyllium Husks, 200 g

Sat Isabgol contains the husk of seeds of the Plantago ovata, popularly known as isabgol.

One may consume Isabgol twice a day or as required. It should be consumed with milk, warm water, honey, juice or a smoothie, after breakfast and dinner. One should avoid taking an overdose of Isabgol in order to eliminate the risk of adverse effects such as dehydration, deficiency of vitamins, constipation and bloating.

It is prescribed even by doctors to prevent constipation or to regulate bowel habits in patients with irritable bowel syndrome, diverticular disease, or haemorrhoids. It is available in 200g pack. Take approximately 2 teaspoons or 5 to 10g Sat-Isabgol with liquids, juices or foods of your choice.
