  • Apply the Lightest Shade Directly Under Eyebrow, 
  • Sweep a mid-tone shade over entire lid from the lash line and brow line, 
  • Blend second darkest shade increase and Dab the darkest shade along the lash line for soft definition use eyeliner for a more dramatic look
