How to Use
  • Add 2 level scoops of Poushtik Family and half a cup (100ml) of water or milk in a vessel. 
  • Cook the mixture to consistency to make a porridge.

product is ok... as we all know that all the health mix fakes, there products by adding more of Raagi to the mixture since it is very cheap compared to other ingredients given. so I doubt whether this health mix also have added raagi even though they don't mention in their ingredients. Because the colour says it has raagi. it is good for health but not required to spend this much for raagi mix. As if We can get raagi powder for just Rs.30....
May have Raagi.. Cheap ingredient
