Lousy product
Very bad product. Cannot keep anything even warm for even 15 minutes. Very disappointed!!

Product needs improvement.
The glass lid does not fit well (not air tight) to make the heat remain. For sure the chapatis will turn cold in less than one hour. The mesh at the bottom is made of plastic. Small metal grill will be a better option.
