awesome rice
The taste of this rice is very good. It stays moist for long after cooking. Cook for three whistles and let the pressure release naturally. Let the rice stay in the cooker for 10 more minutes to absorb all the water. Good with sambar. Not for lemon rice and similar mixed rice that requires separate rice grains.
