Sidapur - South Indian Filter Coffee

80% Coffee : 20% Chicory

This South Indian Filter Coffee blend was specially created to capture the spirit of Kaapi as the brew is popularly known in south India. The finest of high-grown aromatic Arabicas from Bababudangiri hills of Karnataka and the best full bodied Robustas from Coorg are roasted and blended with chicory for that ‘chocolaty bitterness’ that is typical of South Indian Filter Coffee.

1) Buy just enough coffee to last you a month. Roasted coffee deteriorates over time.
2) Store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place to retain its flavour and aroma.
3) Always brew fresh for maximum flavour and aroma. Do not reheat coffee as the flavour will be lost.
